From the museum label: The fan publisher Ibaya Senzaburõ commissioned these two fan prints. He capitalised on the popularity of Hiroshige's landscapes, Utagawa Kunisada's depictions of actors and bijin (beautiful women), and Hakone's seven hot springs.
