Note how Christ's raised right hand is is quite similar to Christ's raised right hand in the Last Judgment in the Sistine Chapel, painted by Michelangelo some 100 years later (see, for example, www.flickr.com/photos/mbell1975/3550277888/in/photolist-6...).
