1873, Claude Monet, The Museum at Le Havre -- National Gallery (London)

From the museum label: Le Havre was Monet's home town. Monet here seems to have been working from one of the walls of the inner harbour. He is looking across the busy port to the Musée des Beaux-Arts, the large building at the centre of the painting.
