The Peninsula, Hong Kong, is the flagship property of the Peninsula Hotels Group, part of The Hongkong & Shanghai Hotels Group. It opened in 1928 and was Hong Kong's railway terminus hotel, since the Kowloon railway station used to be just across from the hotel.
The Peninsula is one of the most famous and luxurious hotel chains in the world. Its clients include the rich and famous, the titled and the titans. The hotel famously maintains a whole fleet of Rolls Royces for its guests, in a specially-commissioned colour known as the Peninsula Green.
