Uniquely Dutch Safety Feature: Window-Breaking Hammer

I noticed that Chris' Chevy Caprice Classic stationwagon has a little orange hammer to break a window in case the car accidentally goes into the water. A very reassuring feature since I can't swim! (Not that I don't trust Chris' driving, of course.)
