Flashbacks to 1997: Converted Rolls Royce Silver Shadow estate car

At Land's End, we came across a very unusual converted/ custom-built Rolls Royce estate car/ station wagon. At first I thought this was a hearse but if you look closely on the marking on the street just before the hood/ bonnet, you will see the word "Taxi" on the road, so perhaps it was a taxi.

 

Number plate/ licence plate "VPG 676S".
