As per UGC new guidelines this seems pretty clear that final year B.Ed and other stream students will have to take exams whereas first year students can be promoted on their internals assessment performance. SCERT also seems to take D.Ed examinations but has not made any clarification. D.Ed admission process may start somewhere around mid of August this year. CBSE has already declared the result of secondary standard on the basis of taken exams pre-lockdown.
