Liverwort and Duckweed
Ricciocarpos natans (the red-green thalli or leaf-like structures is the liverwort) & Lemna minor (the green seed-like plant in between is the duckweed) growing on stagnant water in Coe Fen, Cambridge. Taken at dusk hence the blue hue. Coe is the old English word for cow, and while Coe Fen is in what is now the middle of Cambridge city, cows still graze on it.
