And notice the start button is not flashing? then this is because it's running a PMP controls board. how do i know this? then let me tell you, usually on Postman Pat or Fireman Sam, they have a PMP control board. the lights on the vehicle alternate back and fourth. The buttons stay lit. On the ROSie board, the lights on the vehicle still flash on and off, the buttons still stay lit on the bootup phase, later it then flashes on and off in a similar pattern to a Stamar System 200X Timer. And of course, no matter how rare it is, this was never filmed all the way through.
