4 quick cook of turkey breast steaks

1 tablespoon of sunflower oil

3 oranges with Juice of Two as well as one that has been peeled out and cut into small bits

1 tablespoon of of clear fresh honey to enhance flavour

1 tablespoon of grated ginger that’s still really fresh

1 pink grapefruit that has been peeled and cut into small chunks

1 tablespoon of fresh chopped parsley, and snipped chives

As well as one long grain or wild rice, and some steamed broccolis for the final serving
