Jack-up barge Typhoon 3000 of Holland

Typhoon 3000, manoeuvred into Lowestoft, Suffolk by the tug Brutus of Zwijndrecht, Holland and the workboat Forth Drummer of Leith, after a tow of 3 days, 3 hours from Portsmouth.

The Skylift 3000 class of barge is designed and build to launch heavy structures such as warships or concrete structures from the quay into the water and vice versa. The barge can also be used as a movable drydock or transport pontoon.
