Our second fitness event at NMIMS. It was a wonderful experience sharing information about fitness and making all the participants exercise and seeing them smile as they did TTLG (HIIT) exercise. This gives me a feeling of satisfaction and to be very Frank this is the best part of being a fitness coach.. our goal is making India a fitter place #committobefit
