Modern Prague is generally an interesting mix of historic, communist and modern, often ultra-artistic architecture. Combined with sunrise in fall, you will get some truly spectacular (and sometimes also apocalyptic) pictures. There is a reason why we so often play the role of other cities in Holywood action movies.
