CSO-3 at Riverside Park
Connecticut Southern CSO-3 snakes around the embankment at Riverside Park in Hartford on a warm early-July morning in 2023. Leading the way back into Hartford after finishing their switching chores across the river was CSOR 2011, an EMD GP38 repainted from NECR 3843 into the Genesee & Wyoming paint scheme. I would break off from CSO-3 here and grab lunch before going to wait for CSO-4's southbound return trip.
