(05-05-21) NYS Senator Liz Krueger

speaks on a bill she sponsored, S960 which relates to aggravated cruelty to animals.

The NYS Senate today also passed Bill S1130 which prohibits the sale of dogs, cats, and rabbits by retail pet shops, authorizes space for adoption.
