Secret # 25 My Dictionary is Never Far From My Computer.
I never realized what an awfully poor speller I was til I joined flickr. I have a 1977 edition of the Webster's Dictionary that has gotten more use in recent months then it has over the past 30 years.
How I ever graduated high school is a mystery to me. Let's hope I'm just "out of practice"... otherwise it's time for a re-call on that diploma.
One easy word that has in particular driven me nuts is "patient"(a word I'm all too familiar with). It was so bad, I couldn't even FIND it in the dictionary... I was watching "Pan's Labyrinth". When... all of a sudden, "there it was"... in all it's glory... thank god for subtitles.
Somewhere. On someone's photostream. This word is butchered... "might be your's Rob"
Actually, it might be on your older "stream". Which means no evidence. Right?... in which case, "I deny all"
