Pinecone Ornament
This ornament has the most sentimental value. I made it with my mom when I was 5 years old. We were living in Hialeah at the time. I remember sitting at a table in the "Florida" room. We had all the sequins layed out in front of us. She would have me pick out a color and then she would place it on the foam bace and put a straight pin through it. I would then push the pin in the rest of the way with a thimble on my finger. That was 1968. It's held up pretty good. The memory I'll cherish for as long as I have one. Doing something like this is something I recommend to anyone who has a young child. Believe me, It will stay with them forever.
