Piriformis (Glutes)

This stretch can be done lying on the floor or sat straight up as pictured. Start by sitting with knees bent. Cross one leg over the other so that your ankle is resting on the opposite knee. If lying on the ground, grab the thigh of the bottom leg with both hands and slowly raise your knee toward your shoulder until you feel a stretch in the hip and buttocks.
