Leisure and Pleasure - Place du Theatre, Paris

This is the only puzzle I managed to complete over two and a half days at the house party. It was cut by Enid Stocken, has 487 pieces and measures about 17" x 12". Oddly enough, another member showed another Enid Stocken puzzle of exactly the same location, but a different print, during the Show and Tell.

I didn't spend the weekend in the bar, in case you were wondering. When I wasn't twisting people's arms to write articles for the magazine, I was helping with a puzzle so hard that there were shouts of triumph every time someone placed a piece (approximately every 15 minutes). If the owner ever finishes it, he has promised to let us know what it is. The title was 'The three emblems', and the bit we completed showed a woman in Roman dress, crowned in flowers, carrying an orb and sceptre.
