Theme: A SINGLE EGG

 

One of my favorite breakfasts to make. A baked whole grain tortilla, refried beans, meat (Chorizo, ham, or bacon), salsa, sunny side up egg, Queso blanco cheese, green onions, cilantro, cayenne and black peppers. The spicier the better!
