Forest Cutter (Task Force)

"I think this was more of a downgrade than an upgrade. Oh well, I guess this is my nuva form....That is what they use to call it right?"--Forest Cutter. Former Hero Recon, tech member of the rouge Defenders Team, and the main star of the HF Audio Logs. Why did the mysterious being recruit Cutter for his task force? Like the being ever gives a reason for his choices. Cutter has been altered to where he now has a large sword and a shield.
