Thanksgiving Dinner 2021

Hello Gourmands!

Cooking such a big meal is always daunting, but the results are always worth it! Enjoy those few minutes of silence as everyone savours such a delightful meal. I like to brine the turkey and cover it in an herbal mayo/butter layer to keep the meat moist and prevent the skin from burning. I go full fat on my mashed potatoes for that extra country flavor, and that mac and cheese, well, it's the baking kind for that crunchy layer crust (extra garlic and extra bacon).
