To the Man I love

One fateful September I was invited to a birthday party for a handsome co-worker at the time. I found myself a bit jealous after seeing him cuddle with another man. We weren't exclusive or anything, and I wasn't looking for something serious at the time but there it was, some strange jealousy. That same night after this other man left the party a discussion ensued about relationships. I asked if I was an option, and to my surprise he said yes. We have been inseparable from that day forward. I've fallen in love with this man day in and day out from that moment forward. Through ups and downs, happiness and sadness, stress and calm. I have found that each day I spend with him causes me to love him a little more. I don't need a special day to show how much I care for him, and the family that we've created together. I show him each and every day. He's shown me so much love in return and we've only grown stronger and closer to each other. Taking advantage of the upcoming holiday, I wanted to just say how much this man means to me. I look forward to more years together. I love you.
