10th October is observed as the ‘World Mental Health Day’, and rightly so. It is the need of the hour across the globe. The rising stress levels and pressure have started showing up at very early stages these days, not just physically, but mentally too. And though people take efforts to cure their physical illness, the mental health is largely ignored and poses a big threat to the regular human life cycle. It is about time we break the barrier about the taboo associated with mental health and open up, share our feelings and take a helping hand when needed.
