I'm Watching You

This bald eagle on the bluffs over the Mississippi River in Dubuque Iowa was watching me as I watched it from a lookout spot at the aptly named Eagle Point Park. I was a little low on cash that day so I saved this on an old-fashioned black and white SD card instead of one of the newer full color models.
