AEC Regent with Saunders bodywork on driver trainer duties, as it exited the Chiswick Works London April 1978. By then the bus was in private preserved ownership and had been loaned back to cover a shortage of buses within London Transport at that time. During its revenue-earning service with LTE it was always a red 'central' area liveried bus, only painted green whilst in preservation.
