High Octane

Turkish coffee. Freshly ground and right into the cezve. Heat the cezve, and poured slowly into the cup. Drink slowly so as not to get the grounds, called telve. Coffee reading is a form of tasseography, so, that telve can be used in divination. "Tasse" or "tass" is an Arab root, meaning small cup or goblet.

Demitasse - half cup.
