Buoy Retrieval
This was neat to watch. These Coast Guard men and women know what they are doing, as the Alder's primary mission is buoy (navigational aid) maintenance. After the large harbor channel buoy was secure they brought up a large concrete block anchor and then re-positioned both using GPS to where they were supposed to be. A larger concrete block was attached and then they were both lowered into the water. Very interesting and done safely.
