Blizzard!

A CN U-717 ore train with 139 cars from UTAC is stopped as a crew member throws a switch in near white-out conditions at Proctor. The warm lake has kept heavy snow away from the immediate Duluth area but over the hill it was really coming down and blowing. Power is a nice set of 400s (402/408/400). Up to a foot of snow is expected farther north near the Iron Range.
