Meet Ralph.
Ralph is the Orkin Man. He's been one of the iconic pest control specialists featured in many different commercials. But what makes him different is the fact that he's actually a pest control specialist. He kind of lucked into the job, first appearing in a few training videos, and then as a technical adviser on a few commercials, and then finally landing a principle role on the job today. After this star treatment, however, Ralph goes back to reality as a service manager where he faces the possibility of encountering some truly horrific pest problems. He told me a few stories today that almost made me lose my lunch. So I won't share them here. Rest assured, they were gross.
