but who wouldn't be? Copenhagen central Railway Station is perhaps the most passenger-unfriendly railways station I've seen, and that includes some hard core ones!

No central Departures screen and the local ones don't always work. The lady in the Information booth is overworked and tired. The building is very pretty though
