Hawker Siddeley Aero Factory In Gloucestershire 1939
Published in the June 8 edition of Picture Post 1939 showing the manufacture of aircraft in readiness of a war happening. On the left are the Hawker Henleys a light Bomber (I have never heard of) and on the right are the Gloucester Gladiators. Already a great number of Motor manufacturers had already switch a great part of their factories to Aircraft Manufacture in readiness for what many knew would be another War.
