After discovering one of my contacts e m i got account deleted, I've googled on "flickr account deleted".
Not knowing details of particular case, I see that there's a bunch of accounts deleted - and one reason is they contained "pictures of you [owner of account] not taken by you" - and this may cause deletion of account.
For me it's a mystery how do staff recognize whether owner of account stole pictures of him and used without permission or used delayed shutter release to get picture of himself - which qualifies as picture taken by him?
