HELP!!!
HELP!!! Your advice greatly appreciated:
This side of the house always suffers major snow and ice accumulation on the roof and gutter. Despite having a new roof and 8 feet of ice guard underlay, water manages to work it’s way into the house. Any advice on how I can stop this?
Peeking in the attic, I did notice one roof leak about 10 – 12 inches from the bottom edge. I don’t know if the water is backing up under the ice guard. I suspect it is. Tomorrow I go out with a hatchet and start hacking off ice. I am ready for spring – LOL!
