Natalie's French Goods #3

I totally *love* this retro sewing machine. No moving parts, but it is awesome anyway. The basket is really nicely made and I love the little spools of thread. Anyone out there that sews, can you tell me what the blue triangle thingie is next to the scissors and thimble? The white rectangle in the background is a card of buttons - very cute!
