This is the state my libido is in,

Shot through with Goserelin:

My testosterone no longer produced,

I’m unsexed, juiceless, Eros reduced.

Another sexless-thought-full day

With the undesiring effect, but I don't dismay.

 

Another side effect of the Goserelin

Is the drying of my greasy skin.

Who'd have thought that this therapy

Would cure me of my chronic acne?

So no more Clearasil for me

Now I need a moisturiser, you see.
