Nasty Bucket next to condiment table at Next Door Shelter-Episcopal Community Services. When street cleaners spray water on sidewalk or it rains or there's thick fog, black water drips into this bucket from the cafeteria ceiling. Sometimes over the condiment table where open containers of sugar, napkins and plastic ware are set. Or into this nasty bucket. Been like this for perhaps years. Gavin Newsom, the Mayor or the City of San Francisco; HSA and Board of Supervisors all know about it, but they refuse to enforce proper health standards. We smell this nasty vapor from the ceiling and the nasty bucket every day. As of Sept. 2007, since January 2007 and years past. Shame on all of you !
