Aw yes. 2 oz. of tender beef chunks over rice with 2 stale wafers. We saw boxes of this beef when it was delivered by Bi-Rite Truck but it all disappeared. There were dozens of boxes but all we got to eat was a few ounces one night. The rest was sold on the street at 3 locations in the Tenderloin and 1 in the Fillmore. Ask 'the evil cook' and Mr. Hodges 'where's da beef". How much a pound did they get at tax payers' expense ? Oh, there's some juice to drink.
