Dinner at Next Door Shelter - 2 of the smallest hot dogs (cold, undercooked) with stale hamburger bun, balsa wood fruit cup and an okay salad. The condiments were okay but no lids on the top of the containers (right underneath that nasty dripping blakc water ceiling). Staff made anyone without a cane hobble up to get their own trays 'if you ain't got a cane you ain't handicapped... git up and git ya own tray, shit.' We saw elderly men with the shakes or bad balance carry trays back to their tables. Spilling their food and water cups, as they go... humiliating and degrading. Where is the humanity ? Tax dollars pay for this kind of abuse and lack of caring.
