Different angle... This is the celing where the rain gets in and drips into the nasty buckets. Street water runs down wall through this ceiling in the basement cafeteria at Next Door Shelter, run by Episcopal Community Services. Neither the Shelter nor the City stepped up fix this health hazard for months ... or perhaps years....
