H. – Hailstone Harpy : “The only fair-feathered in a brood of dark hatchlings, I always struggled with body image issues. I worked hard to meet my flock’s standards, ambushing travellers and wiping out adventurers, but I was never taken seriously. Just because of my appearance. Because of my beautiful face and elaborate plumage, everyone thought I was good...Now thanks to the help of the AA, I have learned to accept myself as I am, and I’m no longer hurt by the judgement of my preys.”
S. – Serpentine Spymaster : “Life as an evil spellcaster is stressful, you know. You need to be constantly on alert and aware of what is going on around you – there’s always a threatening adventuring party or a treacherous underling somewhere behind you. That’s why I got eyes everywhere and all there is to know, my faithful snakes report it to me. With the AA, I can relax, chill and gossip around a cup of tea. It has become vital for my mental health.”
F. – Dark Elf Hexblade : “I have succeeded in life, rising through the ranks of the Empire by sheer willpower and ruthlessness. I learned everything by myself and, believe me, most of it I learned the hard way. All alone. Now a veteran, I believe in the importance of sharing experience with more junior dark lords – to allow them to learn from their forebears’ mistakes and grow stronger than we ever were!”
H. – Dark Elf Sorceress (with her manticore minion) : “I have been an imperial dungeon master for centuries, and the change in leadership that came with the coronation of the new Emperor left me utterly confused. My skills were not valued anymore. I felt like I was obsolete. The AA helped me to evolve and adapt to the new management. Now I’m back, as deadly as ever!”
G. – Ogre Lich : “Lichdom is an unusual career path for ogres. I was rejected by my tribe when I decided to embrace undeath, and it sent me into severe depression. Advice and support from other AA members proved essential to my recovery. They are my real family now!”
J. – Mind Flayer : “Huh? Me? Oh, don’t mind me. I’m just here for the free snacks. … The cookies, dear. I’m talking about the cookies.”
