Requirement 1

This photo was taken at a fountain that I found near my house. I zoomed in to the water and I tried to focus on the water and the motion of the water I used a small aperture and a fast shutter speed to freeze the action of the water to fulfill requirement 1.

In post, I changed the white balance and decreased contrast and increased a little bit of exposure.
