Near the Impossible

Wild colors, pristinely clear water and shallows filled with giant stone can wreak havoc with depth perception along this special stretch of Superior. A walk along the edge without imagining the clusters of submerged boulders as beautifully preserved dinosaur eggs is near impossible.
