Starzel - Waterfall [Explore]

A chilly afternoon – the light was as moody as a Monday morning, nothing that would usually inspire me to photographic heights. But the crisp cold of recent days had me hoping that the Starzel Waterfall on the Swabian Jura might have transformed into an icy masterpiece.

 

When I arrived, however, I had to admit: well… let’s just say winter must have slept through its alarm. A few more frosty days, and things could have looked quite different. But hey – even without towering icicles, the waterfall was still a rewarding subject and at least delivered a healthy dose of fresh air!

 

I’ll keep an eye on the thermometer – I’ll be back when winter decides to truly step up its game!
