Flaming

Orange-red head, brilliant yellow body, and coal-black wings, back and tail - like looking into a flame. Our first morning in Gardiner (first time in Montana) we saw this bird while eating breakfast and I knew I had to get a photo. It was a bit elusive and it took me a couple of days, but my patience paid off!
