What a moment!
This image was captured while we were at the peak of Profitis Ilias on Mount Olympus (altitude of 2803m). We reached the top during sunset when the first quarter moon was already up-high in the sky just above the "Belt of Venus," giving us the opportunity for some spectacular shots.
This image was probably my favorite from the trip, and that's because it portrays the happiness and enthusiasm of being on the mounains. I'd like to thank my colleague and friend Alex, who organized and supported this trip from the beginning; and also offered me this amazing capture!
