Sprites and a halo

More than 30 TLEs were observed during the early morning of Mar. 28, 2023 over thunderstorms extending from Lesvos isl. up to SW Black Sea. My observation spot was at E. Attica, Greece. This was a double event with 3 big sprites and a halo (the relatively faint red disk between the center and right sprite). Parent lightning flash seen below, behind the mountains of S. Evia isl. Also, observe how the lower tendrils of the sprites are pointing towards the "center", that is thundercloud (where the flash is), following the temporarily enhanced, due to parent lightning, electric field.

TLEs (like red sprites) appear, under specific circumstances, above thunderstorms (e.g. red sprites appear at altitudes of 40-90 km).

I've used a Sigma 85 mm lens at f/1.4, for 1/25'' with 51.2k iso.
