April is its peak bloom time! Likely is Erythrina speciosa Andrews. Sometimes called Ivory Coral Tree.

In traditional medicine, Erythrina speciosa Andrews is used for a variety of ailments, including digestive disorders, respiratory issues, and as a sedative. It's also believed to have antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-parasitic properties. Some studies suggest it may be helpful in managing gastric ulcers due to its antibacterial activity against H. pylori and its ability to protect the gastric mucosa. Additionally, Erythrina speciosa is used as a natural sedative and tranquilizer in the South of Brazil.
