This picture was taken in the Peak District in England just outside a Matlock, a small town near Nottingham in 1999. The picture was used by Gabe Konrad as a postcard advertisement for his book Bikelore 2, The World of Wheels.
The fenders (mud guards) were necessary as some of the backroads appeared to be paved entirely in cow manture.
