Monday lunch...

...at restaurant "Hantverket" run by the famous chef Stefan Ekengren, also author of the book "Potatis." (Potatoes.)

 

Everything on the menu here is delicious.

 

I had baked veal brisket with vegetables cooked in broth, potato puree with garlic confit and gremolata.

 

I felt almost sad after.

 

Sad because I could not eat more....
